We accept donations of all types of Real Estate including but not limited to:

Raw land; vacant lots; residential (1 to 4 family houses); multifamily housing; commercial property; agricultural property; industrial property; 2nd homes; vacation homes; condominiums; townhouses; farms; manufactured and mobile home communities; assisted living facilities; storage facilities; and corporate owned property (which could be surplus properties hurting the bottom line).

The benefits to the donors include:

Paying down debt; elimination of management issues; mortgage relief; deduction of federal and state taxes (a potential income tax charitable deduction for the fair market value); and donor avoidance of capital gains tax (also nonprofits don’t pay capital gains taxes, so the full value of your gift goes to a cause you care about).
